You are able to customize these jump ropes to your own height and they give you some extra supplies to be able to do so with ease. The handles turn in a perfect circle making it much easier on your wrists.
FYI; with the materials that these ropes are made with, it's pretty hard to get them tangled even if you tried (I actually am prone to this so I was surprised when it didn't tangled)
If you vertically inclined like I am then you will need to adjust the rope to your size. Like I said earlier, with ease.
You can't really cut the rope with regular scissors - you will need a tool that is designed to cut through a metal. There are extra rubber caps to place on the area you cut so that you won't hurt yourself with the sharp wires underneath (Lord knows I am prone to that as well. lol)
These are perfect for workouts and they really get your heart pumping! If you are looking to lose some weight or to get or stay in shape, I would totally recommend these jump ropes.
