Jump ropes that adjust to your height? This is a first for me....

It also came with a FREE E-Book to go along with them to help out with training and exercising and a small carrying bag so you can transport them easily.
You are able to customize these jump ropes to your own height and they give you some extra supplies to be able to do so with ease. The handles turn in a perfect circle making it much easier on your wrists.

FYI; with the materials that these ropes are made with, it's pretty hard to get them tangled even if you tried (I actually am prone to this so I was surprised when it didn't tangled)

If you vertically inclined like I am then you will need to adjust the rope to your size. Like I said earlier, with ease.

You can't really cut the rope with regular scissors - you will need a tool that is designed to cut through a metal. There are extra rubber caps to place on the area you cut so that you won't hurt yourself with the sharp wires underneath (Lord knows I am prone to that as well. lol)

These are perfect for workouts and they really get your heart pumping! If you are looking to lose some weight or to get or stay in shape, I would totally recommend these jump ropes.

My knee is loooooving this!

The number one reason I do not run as much as I used to is because my joints - mainly my knees just hurt too much. Call it old age -_-
It is a nice product, made of neoprene which provides a nice support with some flexibility. It's extremely comfortable so this can be an all day wear for me because it doesn't get uncomfortable. Ultimately, it doesn't cut off the circulation but it's snug enough to provide that level of comfort needed. The stitching and fabric are strong which is something I tend to look for considering how fast this can wear and have stitching pop.
Overall, I highly recommend this product. It's been working great so far :) Use it for an injury, the gym, cross fit, or weightlifting for more support.

When wearing this sleeve, the pain in my knee is somewhat less and I am able to do a little more than what I can do without the added support.
It keeps the compression on my knees and helps it stays in place.

That Moscow Mule HYPE....

So this Moscow Mule hype. I dig it.
I did some research on Moscow Mules and 100% Copper cups were highly recommended opposed to steel or nickel plated. This cup is exactly that!

The quality is outstanding, the handle welded securely, the bottom and top perfectly rounded and just overall a stunning mug. It isn't the thickest mug but nonetheless, a great cup.

I really like that this isn't lined with another metal. Some copper mugs are lined with tin or steel, making them safer for use with hot drinks but eliminating the majority of the experience you get from drinking from copper.

This mug isn't intended for hot beverages and the mug isn't dishwasher safe. I would hand wash and immediately dry to keep the copper from turning green. Yes copper does turn green after time. I would also find a good copper cleaner to keep this mug looking as fabulous as it did on day one.

Can never try too many eye creams!

I am always looking for eye creams that can combat my ageing skin, I am getting to my 30's & I want to do as much preventable maintenance as possible.

The Eye Cream by Valentia is a great product for eye puffiness, wrinkles, and dark circles. I just love the products from Valentia as they are very luxurious and their packaging is very sophisticated & elegant.

LOVE THE PUMP! Always a plus when it comes to creams so that you can lightweight control how much you dispense.
The gel goes on easily and a little goes a long way.
As far as the consistency, It's a little heavy and makes my skin feel very tight, but that's to be expected. It works great against puffiness too. On the other hand, I haven't seen much of an improvement on my dark circles, but it might still be too early to judge.

This eye cream contains both organic and natural ingredients.
It has Vitamin C, astaxanthin and organic rosehip oil. It has an extremely light fragrance that's pleasant and doesn't linger.

Each band has the level of resistance written on it (Light, Medium, Heavy, X Heavy, and XX Heavy) so if you ever forget which bands challenges you or which band is what, all you have to do is read. I love how each band is a different color so I can quickly grab the resistance band I need by remembering which color is which strength.
I like that I can do this at home at my convenience. The bag included with the bands makes it eady to store the bands together keeping them clean and ready to use anywhere I go.
They are great for anyone, men, women, teens. Anyone looking to workout.

Chalk Markers! Love this!

Say what??!?! Chalk markers? Who knew that there was such a thing.
The directions on how to use them are simple enough.

The colors are pretty vibrant. Love the selection. You get 10 markers!

Although they was off very easily, they do not smudge or smear.
I used these on my chalkboard portion of these DIY mason jars I have.
It worked AMAZINGLY with it.
Again, great for arts and crafts!

Another Last serum, Camille?

I use this serum for both my eyelashes & eyebrows.
The packaging with the mirror on the side is pretty handy if I say so myself.

According to the directions, it says you should notice results in 8 weeks.
I have only been using it for 2 weeks, daily but I haven't noticed a massive difference. Very slight if anything.

The amount of product you receive it practical & formula is a little thicker than water & quite clear.
The little brush makes it really easy to apply.
It doesn't leave a greasy residue or anything.
It dries pretty quickly upon application as well.
