The number one reason I do not run as much as I used to is because my joints - mainly my knees just hurt too much. Call it old age -_-
It is a nice product, made of neoprene which provides a nice support with some flexibility. It's extremely comfortable so this can be an all day wear for me because it doesn't get uncomfortable. Ultimately, it doesn't cut off the circulation but it's snug enough to provide that level of comfort needed. The stitching and fabric are strong which is something I tend to look for considering how fast this can wear and have stitching pop.
Overall, I highly recommend this product. It's been working great so far :) Use it for an injury, the gym, cross fit, or weightlifting for more support.

When wearing this sleeve, the pain in my knee is somewhat less and I am able to do a little more than what I can do without the added support.
It keeps the compression on my knees and helps it stays in place.
That Moscow Mule HYPE....
So this Moscow Mule hype. I dig it.
I did some research on Moscow Mules and 100% Copper cups were highly recommended opposed to steel or nickel plated. This cup is exactly that!
The quality is outstanding, the handle welded securely, the bottom and top perfectly rounded and just overall a stunning mug. It isn't the thickest mug but nonetheless, a great cup.
I really like that this isn't lined with another metal. Some copper mugs are lined with tin or steel, making them safer for use with hot drinks but eliminating the majority of the experience you get from drinking from copper.
This mug isn't intended for hot beverages and the mug isn't dishwasher safe. I would hand wash and immediately dry to keep the copper from turning green. Yes copper does turn green after time. I would also find a good copper cleaner to keep this mug looking as fabulous as it did on day one.

Can never try too many eye creams!
I am always looking for eye creams that can combat my ageing skin, I am getting to my 30's & I want to do as much preventable maintenance as possible.
The Eye Cream by Valentia is a great product for eye puffiness, wrinkles, and dark circles. I just love the products from Valentia as they are very luxurious and their packaging is very sophisticated & elegant.
LOVE THE PUMP! Always a plus when it comes to creams so that you can lightweight control how much you dispense.
The gel goes on easily and a little goes a long way.
As far as the consistency, It's a little heavy and makes my skin feel very tight, but that's to be expected. It works great against puffiness too. On the other hand, I haven't seen much of an improvement on my dark circles, but it might still be too early to judge.

Chalk Markers! Love this!
Say what??!?! Chalk markers? Who knew that there was such a thing.
The directions on how to use them are simple enough.
The colors are pretty vibrant. Love the selection. You get 10 markers!
Although they was off very easily, they do not smudge or smear.
I used these on my chalkboard portion of these DIY mason jars I have.
It worked AMAZINGLY with it.

The packaging with the mirror on the side is pretty handy if I say so myself.
According to the directions, it says you should notice results in 8 weeks.
I have only been using it for 2 weeks, daily but I haven't noticed a massive difference. Very slight if anything.
The amount of product you receive it practical & formula is a little thicker than water & quite clear.
The little brush makes it really easy to apply.
It doesn't leave a greasy residue or anything.
It dries pretty quickly upon application as well.
