I use in shower as suggested by other reviewers.

I know it is to help cleaning and unclog pores, remove dead skin, exfoliating, and such.
I have been using it in the shower since it is easy to exfoliate with soft skin and open pores.
I don’t see much of a difference honestly.
I prefer to use my coffee scrub than to use this tool.
Too light of pressure and I can't even tell a difference.
Too much pressure and it leaves me irritated.
