The stainless steel grater works very well for grating everything from garlic, chocolate, hard cheeses, and zesting citrus fruits.
I love the rubberized handle because it is very comfortable to grip.
I love the color of the pink against black on the handle too.
The zester is easy to use and easy to clean because you can just pop it in the dishwasher for easy cleaning.
It also includes a protective cover to keep you safe from accidentally cutting yourself.
For cleaning, the first time I washed it in hot soapy water and dried.
The second time I ran it through the dish washer and it came out perfectly clean.
