A 3-in-1 beauty product!
It can whiten your teeth - use as a mask - and scrub your body while showering.
If you're going to do the mask like I did have liquid coconut oil on hand it smells nice and works great!
It can be messy washing it off just FYI.
Mix with a little Coconut oil and couple other ingredients to create a face mask.
To whiten teeth mix with toothpaste and brush 3-5 minutes.
It can also detox your skin from the outside if it's applied topically.
The charcoal soaks up impurities, can exfoliate dead skin cells, and leave you with smaller pores.

This charcoal seems to be a good quality, it is smooth and not grainy.
I didn't notice any smell and it doesn't taste bad at all either.
