Activated charcoal is a natural adsorbent that binds with various impurities including stains from coffee, tea, or other tooth-staining beverages and foods.
With weekly use, it helps improve gum health and prevent tartar or plaque buildup, which causes tooth decay.
I recommend using a spoon or another mechanism for getting your “pinch” out otherwise it will also get under your nails and washing will get it out but as I have long nails it gets to be a pain.
This is a very fine texture powder with a light mild taste.
I don't think without the sage it would taste bad per say but I love the fact that it had it!
After using it my mouth felt fresh and my teeth did appear whiter after just the first use.
I really like that it helps my teeth be omega whiter without added chemicals going into my body, which is something I try and avoid.
The way I actually used it was I just dipped my dry tooth brush into the powder and made sure there was a enough on there and brushed my teeth gently with it.
The sage taste wasn't strong and didn't last long after I rinsed my mouth out.

It is quite simple in design - nothing too cray.
I do like my brushes a bit more denser so seeing that the fan brush wasn't that thick - I was skeptical but it turned out pretty good. Gave me the perfect amount of coverage for my highlighter.
